3. User Eligibility and Account
The Service is available globally and intended for general users. Users under the age of 13 should only use the Service with parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content and Data Usage
By uploading or submitting any content (including gait videos and feedback), you grant FlexiTrace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and analyze such content for the following purposes:
- Performing gait analysis;
- Improving and fine-tuning our AI models;
- Enhancing the overall service quality.
Your face will be automatically anonymized in uploaded videos. FlexiTrace does not use user content for marketing or share it with third parties.
You may view and delete your videos at any time. If a video is deleted from your account, it will be permanently removed from our servers and excluded from further AI training.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, FlexiTrace and/or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the materials, designs, and technology used in the Service. You may access and use the Service only for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You are restricted from:
- Republishing or distributing FlexiTrace content elsewhere;
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing FlexiTrace materials;
- Using the Service in a harmful, illegal, or disruptive manner.

6. AI Use and Limitations
We use uploaded videos to improve our gait analysis models. Models are trained exclusively for biomechanical and clinical gait analysis and are not designed for user identification or gait recognition.
We also use third-party AI services and cloud platforms for processing. These may change over time, but all processing is compliant with our Privacy Policy.

7. Monetization and Advertisements
FlexiTrace offers both free-to-use and subscription-based features. Subscription plans provide access to additional functionalities and enhanced services. The app includes in-app advertisements; however, no personal or video data is shared with advertisers.

8. Health and Clinical Information
FlexiTrace may offer clinical insights or recommendations based on gait analysis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, FlexiTrace does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or medical suitability of its results. Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and users are encouraged to consult healthcare professionals when necessary.

9. Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. FlexiTrace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

We will notify you of material changes by updating this page or through the app. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice whenever feasible before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Türkiye for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
